Anthony Santander is doing everything in his power to get back to the big leagues in 2025. The biggest free agent signing for the Blue Jays this past offseason hasn't lived up to his contract at all, battling slow performance and injuries throughout the year, but he could inject Toronto with a huge upgrade in the lineup once the playoffs start.
Santander hasn't played at the MLB level since May 29, going on the injured list due to a shoulder injury. He didn't step onto a field for game action for over three months and then finally began a rehab assignment on September 11.
