Mat Latos will resurface for his Blue Jays debut after pitching nine innings at Triple-A with a 1.00 ERA. He's walked six batters in that span, but with a strong outing Friday, Latos could earn a second start in the St. Louis series.
Meyer will make his first Major League start of 2017 on Friday when the Angels open a four-game series with the Blue Jays at Angel Stadium. The 27-year-old right-hander will be making a spot start to give the Halos’ rotation an extra day of rest.
