The opening match of WWE Payback was cut short after Enzo Amore suffered a scary head injury.
During Sunday night's tag team match which featured Enzo and Big Cass taking on The Vaudevillains, Simon Gotch threw Enzo Amore to the outside of the ring, but Enzo's neck was caught on the ropes. His head slammed hard on the mat, and the hit appeared to knock him out.
