The day after the Presidential election, I did what half the country did (and in many cases, are still doing): I mourned. A friend said it best, “It feels like a death in the family.” I couldn’t argue. That’s exactly how I felt. I muddled through the day, trying to write. Words felt stale and ineffective. Yes, the world still turned, and life carried on as it has always done.
Sports? Well, sports were still happening.
