With five weeks left in the regular season, five games on the Week 13 schedule pair up teams with winning records. Not only is the first game of the week one such game (Cowboys vs. Vikings), both teams got a week off before playing this week’s Thursday night game. See, this is possible. These games don’t have to be dogs all the time.
This is also the last week of byes, so next week’s standings won’t look off-kilter, and no one has to talk about being a half-game back. Well, except with the four teams that have played ties, which will end up being a factor the rest of the way anyway.
