Apparently not everyone in Brazil is ready to party.

An apparent protester this week in Joinville, a coastal city some 600 miles southwest of Rio, tried to extinguish the Olympic flame with a fire extinguisher during the relay winding its way to the site of the Games.
Video of the incident was posted Wednesday on YouTube, with a caption that translates from Portuguese to English as, "Man tries to erase the Olympic torch with fire extinguisher.
