Prior to Game 5 in Minnesota on Wednesday, Steph Curry's hamstring was re-evaluated. Although he was ruled out for Game 5 on Wednesday, Curry is making good progress on his injury, according to the Golden State Warriors' update following the re-evaluation. Many reports indicated Curry could potentially return for Game 6 on Sunday. However, the Warriors had to get to Game 6 for Curry to even have a chance to return, starting with a win in Game 5 on Wednesday.
However, there won't be a Game 6. The Warriors' 2024-25 campaign came to an end on Wednesday night with a 121-110 loss to the Timberwolves in Game 5 at Target Center in Minnesota.
