USC football continues to address positional needs in transfer portal

The majority of the focus over the weekend was on players from last year’s USC team heading to the NFL. However, that did not stop the Trojans from going out and adding to their 2026 squad. On Saturday, the Trojans landed Utah transfer wide receiver Zacharyus Williams.

As a true freshman with the Utes last season, Williams appeared in 10 games. He caught 10 passes for 101 yards, while also carrying the ball three times for 16 yards.

Williams now joins a USC wide receiver room that is top heavy, but lacks the depth that the Trojans have had in recent season.
