Two Triple-A games ended in ties Monday. Here's how it happened.

There hadn't been a Pacific Coast League tie in 20 years. Then there were two Monday.

The Tacoma Rainiers and New Orleans Zephyrs were tied 2-2 in the sixth inning when heavy rain flooded right field. The game could not continue, it was beyond the official point and it was the final time the teams were scheduled to meet this season. So, the game ended in a tie. All individual statistics count, including Paul Clemens' complete game no-decision.

Meanwhile, on the other side of the league, the Colorado Springs Sky Sox and Fresno Grizzlies were in a 6-6 extra-inning deadlock when a travel curfew was reached.
