Trent Williams has reportedly agreed to a six-year, $138 million extension with the San Francisco 49ers, according to Dianna Russini of ESPN.
Russini noted the contract makes him the highest-paid offensive lineman in NFL history and that Williams got $55.1 million guaranteed and a $30.1 million signing bonus.
Williams later confirmed his return in a post on his Instagram story.
According to Adam Schefter of ESPN, Williams also had talks with the Kansas City Chiefs and Chicago Bears prior to his decision to return to San Francisco.
