Indianapolis Colts owner Jim Irsay was found unresponsive by police in December at his residence in Carmel, Indiana.

Per Carmel Police Department documents obtained by TMZ Sports, officers were called to Irsay's home on Dec. 8 after someone found him "unconscious on a bathroom floor with a blue skin tone."

An overdose is the suspected cause of the situation, as Irsay "responded slightly" to receiving a dose Narcan, which TMZ noted is commonly used to revive people in opiate overdose situations.

Per TMZ, the police were prepared to use an automatic electronic defibrillator on Irsay when paramedics arrived and "took over lifesaving efforts" before he was transported to a local hospital in an ambulance.
