Tennessee Titans wide receiver A.J. Brown spoke about his experiences with anxiety and depression and implored others to protect their mental health and seek help in a video posted on social media Friday.
His Instagram caption read as follows:
"Depression is real, anxiety is real . Be there for someone because someone was there for me. God told told him all the right things to say to me that night. Take depression seriously. Take how you feel and how you handle situations seriously. Life happens to all of us but your not too tough to talk to someone and get things off your chest.
