Speaking Sunday at Congressional Country Club, the site of this week's Quicken Loans National, Woods stated that he's still not sure when he can play a competitive round of golf due to his ailing, surgically repaired back.
"I don't know," said Woods, who was the host of this week's PGA Tour event. "I want to play. Put it that way. I want to play. I don't know if I will.
