Teresa Earnhardt will not let go. For more than a decade she has fought tooth and nail to retain exclusive use of the family name as executor of the estate of Dale Earnhardt.
Her fight now involves Dale's eldest son, Kerry, who is trying to establish a brand with a homebuilder and a home goods maker. That fight began in 2012. It continues in a federal appeals court.
This family feud is being waged in court, and it's not the first time Teresa has clashed with Dale's heirs.
NASCAR's most popular driver, Dale Earnhardt Jr. is a massive presence in the sport, with its fans and especially in marketing.
