Oklahoma cornerback Jordan Thomas was arrested early Thursday morning.
While details of Thomas' arrest are scarce, he was booked into Cleveland County jail at 2:45 a.m. local time under suspicion of assault and battery, public intoxication and interference. He was released from jail eight and a half hours later at 11:15 a.m.
An Oklahoma spokesman told The Oklahoman that the school "aware of [Thomas' arrest] and will monitor the situation and act accordingly.
