A York County sheriff’s deputy arrested a suspect in the robbery of Jordan Foltz’s (the brother of late Nebraska punter Sam Foltz) home before he even reported the break-in.
Sam Foltz, the Big Ten punter of the year last season, was killed in a car accident on July 23. He was honored by the school during its opening-season game Saturday.

Scott L. Davis, 38, was booked into jail on suspicion of DUI and possessing stolen property after being pulled over in the early hours of Tuesday morning with a gas can in his vehicle with the name “Foltz” written on the side, Omaha.
