Mike Brown remained as acting coach of the Golden State Warriors for Game 1 of the NBA Finals on Thursday night in Oakland, California.
Warriors head coach Steve Kerr has been out since he took a leave of absence between Games 2 and 3 of the opening round against the Portland Trail Blazers. Kerr has been sidelined due to migraines and nausea he has experienced stemming from back surgery almost two years ago.
Sources told ESPN's Ramona Shelburne on Wednesday that there is a chance Kerr will coach at some point in the series.
