San Antonio Spurs coach Gregg Popovich, who missed most of the season after sustaining a stroke in November, had a medical incident at a restaurant Tuesday and was taken to the hospital, according to TMZ.
Popovich, 76, has returned home and is fine.
The Spurs had no official comment Friday.
The team announced in mid-November that Popovich had a mild stroke on Nov. 2 and that he was expected to make a full recovery.
“At this point, a timeline for his return to the sidelines has not been determined,” the team said in a news release on Nov.
