The former Washington State offensive lineman Mike Utley, who was paralyzed in an N.F.L. game, was selected for induction in December into the College Football Hall of Fame.
Florida State’s Derrick Brooks, Iowa State’s Troy Davis and Purdue’s Rod Woodson will also be in this year’s class, which was announced by the National Football Foundation.
