Carl Edwards was running in the top five in Sunday night’s Coca-Cola 600 when his run stalled due to setbacks on pit road.
The field was pitting under green on Lap 296 when Edwards tried to slow quickly as he hit pit road. He was nabbed for speeding on that run, and then was penalized again for speeding while serving the pass-thru penalty.

A second penalty for 19.
