Russell Martin got a bit heated Thursday and it will end up costing him a few games.
Martin spent too long in the sauna, causing him to pass out in the shower and injure his left knee on the way down, according to the Blue Jays catcher and manager John Gibbons. Martin was not in the lineup for Friday's game against the Mariners.

Martin told reporters (via TSN) he felt "woozy" after his sauna stay and "next thing you know I'm on the ground.
