Roundup: Unbeaten Clemson Holds Off South Carolina

Deshaun Watson ran for three touchdowns and passed for a fourth on Saturday as No. 1 Clemson capped an undefeated regular season by holding off host South Carolina, 37-32.

Watson passed for 279 yards and ran for 114 to keep the Tigers on track for a spot in the College Football Playoff — and move their record to 12-0 (8-0 Atlantic Coast Conference) for the first time since they won the national championship in the 1981 season.

Next up for Clemson is No. 11 North Carolina in the A.C.C. title game on Dec. 5. Win that game, and they will move on to the national semifinals.
