Roundup: Owners Hear More on Teams’ Plans for Los Angeles

N.F.L. Commissioner Roger Goodell said the San Diego Chargers, the Oakland Raiders and the St. Louis Rams understood the risks that went along with applying for relocation.

N.F.L. owners met in suburban Chicago on Tuesday to hear more about moving at least one team to the Los Angeles market. The Chargers and the Raiders are proposing a stadium in Carson, and the Rams are looking to build one in Inglewood.

The high-stakes game of musical chairs will probably send at least one team back to a market it tried to leave, but Goodell said: “Those are the circumstances as they are.
