During Tuesday's practice rounds for the 2025 Masters Tournament, golfer Rory McIlroy tried a nifty move on No. 16 that nearly bonked a spectating turtle.
McIlroy perfectly skipped one of his shots over a pond to get it across to the other side of the green, but he nearly bopped a poor turtle on the shell who was relaxing by the water and taking in the day's festivities.
Thankfully, the turtle just sat there and basked in the sun, seemingly unaware it could have gotten nailed by a skipping golf ball. At least this turtle will have a fun Masters memory to tell its turtle friends?
