FIU coach Ron Turner has reportedly been relieved of his duties, according to Dan Wolken of USA Today. Football Scoop later confirmed the report.
Turner's Golden Panthers were 0-4 this season with their latest loss coming to UCF by a score of 53-14 on Saturday. FIU was outscored by an average of 21 points per game while posting just 13.5 points per game. In all, Turner was 10-30 in three-plus seasons with FIU. He never took the Golden Panthers to a bowl game.
