Former Cincinnati Reds closer Rob Dibble, currently working in sports talk radio, is trying to stir up controversy at Jose Altuve's expense.

Altuve went from hitting seven homers in 2014 to 15 home runs last year. The Astros' second baseman already has 14 at this year's All-Star break which prompted Dibble to suggest PED use or juiced balls are involved.
