On Thursday, the Santa Clara County District Attorney's Office announced San Francisco 49ers linebacker Reuben Foster was charged with felony domestic violence, and David Lombardi of The Athletic reported bail was set at $75,000.
The charge stems from a February arrest for allegedly assaulting his girlfriend.
According to Matt Barrows of the Sacramento Bee, newly signed 49ers cornerback Richard Sherman attended Thursday's hearing.
"I'm here to support him. I'm here to support a teammate," Sherman said, per Lombardi.
