Former Mexico City Capitanes guard Dink Pate is among the prospects scheduled to work out with the Portland Trail Blazers on Tuesday, according to team reporter Casey Holdahl.
Pate averaged 10.3 points, 4.7 rebounds and 1.9 assists on 30.7% shooting from 3-point range in 50 games with the Capitanes in the G League. He registered four 20-point games, including a season-high 26 points, six rebounds and four assists on Dec. 20.
The 19-year-old was among seven G League players selected to the Rising Stars Game at NBA All-Star Weekend in February. He averaged 4.
