Report: Titans first-rounder attended college party, nearly leapt from balcony when police showed up

A night of questionable decisions nearly got much worse for Tennessee Titans rookie Isaiah Wilson earlier this month, as a police report indicated he pondered jumping off a second-story balcony to evade officers, according to Titans reporter Paul Kuharsky.

Wilson, whom the Titans selected 29th overall in the 2020 NFL draft, reportedly attended an off-campus party at Tennessee State University. It’s unclear how many people were in attendance, but the smell of burning marijuana from the apartment reportedly drew the attention of campus police officers on patrol.

As the officers entered, Wilson reportedly got up from a couch and ran to the apartment’s balcony in an apparent escape attempt, but eventually stayed and received a trespass warning.
