Former Jacksonville Jaguars' wide receiver Gabe Davis is taking a visit to the San Francisco 49ers, according to FOX Sports insider Jordan Schultz.
Davis had signed a three-year, $39 million deal with $24 million guaranteed during the 2024 offseason. After just one season, the Jaguars and new GM James Gladstone moved on from him.
By releasing Davis with a post-June 1st designation, it allowed the Jaguars to spread his $20.3 million dead cap hit out over the next two seasons.
This year, Davis will leave behind a dead cap hit of $5.
