It appears as though we will get at least one of the boxing showdowns in 2017 we wanted after all. IBF world heavyweight champion Anthony Joshua, who is scheduled to defend his belt on Saturday against Eric Molina, reportedly has a deal in place to take on Wladimir Klitschko on April 29, Klitschko's manager Bernd Boente confirmed on Wednesday.

The agreement is tentative provided Joshua wins on Saturday in England. The two were in talks to fight this winter after Tyson Fury was deemed unable to fight Klitschko in his mandatory rematch.
