The Philadelphia 76ers will likely be without Ben Simmons for their next three games after the Sixers guard reportedly suffered a Grade 1 AC joint sprain in his right shoulder, according to Yahoo Sports’s Chris Haynes.
The injury occurred early in the first quarter of Philadelphia’s two-point loss to the Jazz on Wednesday night when Simmons attempted a spin-move against Utah’s Royce O’Neale.
The LSU product left the game following the injury to be evaluated and even briefly returned to the court. But after playing less than two minutes in the second quarter, he again exited the game and was eventually ruled for the remainder of the contest.
