In the midst of a global pandemic that isn’t slowing down anytime soon and just a little over a month after the conclusion of the 2019-20 season, the NBA is starting up again this week. It is going to be a frantic five weeks leading up to opening night on Dec. 22, and it all starts on Monday as the league’s transaction moratorium will be lifted. The draft is on Wednesday and free agency officially starts on Friday at 6 p.m. ET.
