The Los Angeles Rams signed quarterback Jimmy Garoppolo to a one-year deal on Friday, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.
Although he'll serve a two-game suspension for violating the NFL's performance-enhancing drugs policy, Garoppolo will back up Matthew Stafford in Los Angeles.
