The Raiders haven't been to the playoffs since losing to the Tampa Bay Buccaneers in Super Bowl XXXVII.
That 2002 season was also the last time the Raiders had a winning record. General manager Reggie McKenzie believes things are about to change.

Speaking Saturday night at the team's annual Commitment to Excellence award dinner, McKenzie said free agents are now interested in coming to Oakland after the Raiders improved from 3-13 to 7-9 last season.
"It’s good to see people call us and not always have to beg,” McKenzie said, via the Bay Area News Group.
