The Dallas Police Department has reopened its investigation into allegations that Johnny Manziel hit ex-girlfriend Colleen Crowley at a Dallas hotel on Jan. 30.
Police said Thursday that their investigation was closed and that no charges were planned against Manziel, but on Friday Crowley reportedly gave a statement and asked the district attorney to file charges, prompting a fresh investigation.
