Former MMA fighter Tyler East was shot and killed on Monday in New Mexico, according to police. He was 30 years old.
New Mexico State Police say that they responded to a domestic violence call Monday evening in the Albuquerque suburb of Los Lunas, according to multiple local reports. When police arrived, they say they found East dead alongside a woman with a gunshot wound.
According to police, East shot his girlfriend and dragged her out of a house before an unidentified man shot and killed East. The suspect in East's shooting fled the scene prior to police arrival.
