It's Xander Schauffele's time to host the PGA Championship Champions Dinner, and he's got quite the menu.

Schauffele won his first major championship last year at Valhalla Golf Club in Louisville, Kentucky, beating Bryson DeChambeau with a birdie on the 72nd hole. Now, he gets to host the Champions Dinner at Quail Hollow Club in Charlotte, North Carolina, on Tuesday night, with the 2025 PGA Championship getting underway Thursday.

On Sunday night, the PGA Championship posted Schauffele's menu on social media, and it's packed with notable items. For appetizers, Schauffele is serving smoked goat cheese dates, pickled watermelon, clams casino shooters and steak and bleu cheese crostini.
