As Minnesota gets set to face Washington State in the Holiday Bowl on Tuesday, a petition has been launched calling for the university to fire coach Tracy Claeys.
The petition on MoveOn.org cites a recent tweet by Claeys in which he said he was "proud" of his players for their boycott.

Players had been boycotting team activities, and were threatening to sit out the Holiday Bowl, to protest the suspension of 10 team players accused of sexual assault.
