Wide receiver Percy Harvin's contract voided Friday after just one season with the Buffalo Bills, per Sal Capaccio of WGR 550. The 27-year-old pass-catcher had just 19 receptions for 218 yards and a touchdown in five games during the 2015 season.
As Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk pointed out, Harvin was unlikely to remain with the Bills through 2017 with his contract:
The Bills signed wide receiver Percy Harvin to a three-year contract last offseason, although there never was much chance that he’d see the final two years of the deal.
