New York (AFP) - New England Patriots president Jonathan Kraft says it could be time for the NFL to consider changing policies that leave commissioner Roger Goodell as the ultimate authority on all disciplinary matters.

Kraft, son of team owner Robert Kraft, said on his weekly pre-game radio interview on 98.5 the Sports Hub this weekend that he wasn't just talking about Goodell's handling of the "Deflate-gate" probe involving the Patriots.
