Pascal Wehrlein’s F1 car ends up on its side at Monaco

McLaren F1 driver Fernando Alonso – who is racing in Indianapolis this weekend – called his replacement driver Jenson Button just moments before the start of Sunday’s Monaco GP.

“Take care of my car,” said Alonso over the radio, as Button was pulling into position on pit road following a 15-place grid penalty.

“I’m going to pee in your seat,” Button replied.

Button and Alonso were teammates at McLaren in 2016. Button is taking a sabbatical from the sport in 2016 although very few expect him to return full-time to the sport.

Meanwhile, Alonso is racing in the Indianapolis 500 on Sunday, and will start from fifth in his first oval race.
