Carolina Panthers safety Eric Reid questioned the motives behind Colin Kaepernick's workout Saturday, which was arranged by the NFL.
ESPN's Adam Schefter reported the league sent a memo to all 32 teams outlining that Kaepernick would be in Atlanta on Saturday for what amounts to a one-man combine. He'll do on-field work and conduct interviews with team representatives who wish to speak to him.
Reid expressed a level of skepticism about whether teams will genuinely evaluate Kaepernick with the idea of possibly signing him, per ESPN's David Newton: "I'll believe it when I see it.
