Overhauled Knicks Set to Take the Court

LAS VEGAS — As off-seasons go, this has been a relatively pleasant one for the Knicks. For starters, they have not lost a game in nearly three months. They picked up two first-round picks, Kristaps Porzingis and Jerian Grant, in the N.B.A. draft. They agreed to deals with four players, albeit no franchise-altering stars, in free agency.

The Knicks are aiming for a slow rebuild of their roster, an overhaul that will continue over the next couple of weeks as their summer-league team competes in five games.

The roster includes several holdovers from last season, including Cleanthony Early, Langston Galloway and Travis Wear.
