One of the Irish’s top cornerback targets, Texas’ Jerry Outhouse Jr., took home the Dallas Rivals Camp defensive back MVP honors over the weekend. The 6-foot, and 175-pound defender is already nationally ranked, checking in as the No. 73 overall player in the 247 Sports Composite Rankings.
He was one of many 2027 prospect to receive a scholarship on “Pot of Gold Day,” showing him that Notre Dame is extremely interested in having him on campus for three-to-five years.
