(Reuters) - U.S. District Judge Richard Kyle on Thursday ordered the NFL players union's appeal on New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady's behalf to be transferred to New York from Minnesota.
The NFL players union on Wednesday filed a petition in federal court in Minnesota to overturn a decision by National Football League Commissioner Roger Goodell to suspend Brady for four games this coming season.
