Novak Djokovic is becoming increasingly synonymous with the words "making history" after he celebrated an Open-era record 30th consecutive grand slam win at Wimbledon on Wednesday.

Djokovic made light work of France's Adrian Mannarino to become the first man into the third round at the All England Club, winning 6-4, 6-3, 7-6 (7-5).
While Rod Laver (31) and Don Budge (37) still edge the Serb for consecutive wins at the highest level, Djokovic said he welcomes any opportunity to set records in tennis as it helps keep him motivated amidst a gluttony of titles.
