Philadelphia Eagles running back DeMarco Murray has been declared active for the game against the Buffalo Bills on Sunday, but his workload could be limited. NFL.com’s Ian Rapoport reported that Murray could be as low as fourth on the depth chart at running back.
San Diego quarterback Philip Rivers will start Sunday at Kansas City despite battling the flu, and New York Jets cornerback Darrelle Revis was active against Tennessee after missing two games with a concussion.
Rivers will be without receivers Stevie Johnson (groin) and Dontrelle Inman (neck) against the Chiefs, who are without All-Pro pass rusher Justin Houston because of a hyperextended left knee.
