NFL Rumors: Mitchell Trubisky, Steelers to Part Ways Ahead of 2024 Free Agency

The Pittsburgh Steelers and quarterback Mitchell Trubisky are expected to part ways in a mutual agreement prior to free agency, according to NFL Network's Mike Garafolo.

Garafolo noted that Trubisky had two years left on his contract, with $5.25 million due in the upcoming season. However, there was no guaranteed money left on his deal and he had a $1 million roster bonus that was due March 15.

Trubisky appeared in five games for the Steelers during the 2023 season, making two starts.
