Former Kansas City Chiefs wide receiver Marquez Valdes-Scantling has received interest from the Los Angeles Chargers in free agency.
"The Chargers, I'm told, have some interest," ESPN's Jeremy Fowler said during a Friday appearance on NFL Live (1:00 mark). "They're looking for a speed receiver out there."
Kansas City released Valdes-Scantling on Feb. 27, saving the team roughly $12 million against the salary cap. The 29-year-old appeared in 16 regular-season games with the Chiefs in 2023, including 10 starts.
